High School and College Graduates (of all ages) will be recognized during a special ceremony at the 10:00 worship service on Sunday, June 14th Please fill out the following information and return to the church by Sunday, May 31st. Please wear your cap and gown for the service.

This information will be written up and placed in a special bulletin in your honor. A picture of the graduate will also be featured. The information, along with an original photo (wallet size such as a senior or college portrait, if possible, no scanned copies) can be emailed to: wesleyhopewell@comcast.net Or attach one to this form and return to the church. If attaching, please write your name on the back so that the picture can be returned to you.
